INNOVEST SV connects investors with real estate opportunities in El Salvador. This policy explains what we collect through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
The information you choose to send us through the contact form: your name, email address, WhatsApp number, country, the type of investment you are interested in, an indicative budget range, and your message.
A language preference (English or Spanish) stored in your browser's local storage so the site opens in the language you chose. It stays on your device and is never sent to us.
Standard server records generated by our hosting provider when a page is requested, such as IP address and timestamp. We do not use these to build a profile of you.
What we do not do
We do not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers or third-party marketing pixels on this site.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
We do not send marketing campaigns to people who only wrote to ask a question.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry and to give you the guidance you asked for.
To follow up on a conversation you started, through the channel you gave us.
The basis for this is your consent, given when you tick the box and submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
Who else may see it
Our hosting provider processes the request that carries your message, as any web host does.
If your enquiry advances and you ask us to involve them, professionals such as lawyers, notaries or surveyors may receive the details relevant to your transaction. We tell you before that happens.
If you contact us through WhatsApp or Instagram, that conversation also lives on those platforms and is governed by their own policies, not by this one.
How long we keep it
For as long as your enquiry is active, and afterwards only for the period needed to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
You can ask us to delete it sooner, and we will unless a law requires us to keep it.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
Write to us at the contact address on this site and we will respond. There is no charge for this.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Material changes to how we handle enquiries will be reflected here before they take effect.
